When I think about where I am now and what has been going on with me even the past few weeks and months compared to most of my life… it’s like my wildest dreams are taking place.
For years, I was trying to do work blindfolded. But as soon as I came to nervous system work, the blindfold came up and it finally all made sense and I could see. It was just a nectar. I consumed it all in the most nourishing and enjoyable way without major struggles.

As a mind-body life coach I suspected my nervous system was somewhat unregulated. Not always, but more often than I’d like, I would get ‘triggered’ for seemingly no reason and would experience jitters and low-level anxiety that wouldn’t switch off.
